Terms and Conditions
Designed For Your Success
Welcome to Edu Pay Later. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, platform, funding plans, and any related products (collectively, the “Services”).
By applying for, accepting, or using any part of Edu Pay Later, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Our Mission
Edu Pay Later provides interest-free funding to support learners in gaining practical skills to land a job or launch a business. Learners are only funded if they commit to implementing the income challenge. We believe in potential over credit history. That means:
- No interest.
- No guarantor.
- No credit score check.
- Flexible repayment options.
- Support and accountability through our Income Challenge.
2. Eligibility
To use Edu Pay Later, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be enrolled in or accepted into a qualifying course, bootcamp, or program.
- Reside in a supported country or region.
- Commit to using the funding for educational or career-building purposes.
- We may verify your identity, enrollment, and other relevant details before approving funding.
3. Funding Agreement
Upon approval, you will receive a Funding Agreement outlining:
- The amount funded.
- The repayment start date.
- Repayment schedule and terms.
- Your obligations during and after the program.
Each agreement may be unique to your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding your individual terms.
4. Income Challenge Accountability
We offer our Income Challenge to keep you focused and progressing toward your goals of landing a job or starting a business. This may include:
- Regular check-ins or milestone tracking.
- Career mentorship or job search support.
- Progress reports or feedback sessions.
Participation in the Income Challenge is compulsory.
5. Repayment Terms
Repayment starts only at the end of the income challenge and once you begin earning income—either from a job or a business you’ve started. If you complete all the tasks in the income challenge but haven’t secured a job, repayments are paused until you start earning. However, if you don’t complete the tasks before the challenge ends, repayment begins immediately after it ends, regardless of your employment status.
Details are clearly outlined in your individual Funding Agreement.
6. Default & Delinquency
Failure to meet your repayment obligations without prior communication may lead to:
- Late payment notices.
- Temporary suspension of support services.
- Reporting to relevant authorities or legal proceedings (as a last resort).
- Reporting to Credit Rating Agencies.
We encourage open communication. If you face difficulties, contact us early—we’re here to help.

By using our platform, you agree:
- Not to provide false or misleading information.
- Not to use funds for personal, non-educational expenses.
